Outreach

Then Peter said unto them, “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are far off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.”

Acts 2:38-39

The message of God’s kingdom is not limited by any division or distinction that humanity might invent. The death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ open a new and living way for any person to experience repentance, water baptism, and the infilling of God’s Spirit. Living Way Church reaches out to its neighbors, its community, its nation, and its world with this New Testament message of deliverance from sin and empowerment by the Holy Spirit. God has been faithful to reward the tremendous sacrifices of so many of our members, and precious people the world over have been transformed by Him as a result of the Word sent forth by those sacrifices.

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

Acts 1:8

Living Way Church supports the outreach efforts of twenty United Pentecostal missionaries who serve throughout the world. You can learn about these dedicated ministers who evangelize the lost in Europe, Asia, Africa, Central America, and South America. Moreover, we extend our support for foreign missionaries, for church planters within the United States, and for ministries such as Tupelo Children’s Mansion and Lighthouse Ranch for Boys through our annual youth fundraising campaign Sheaves for Christ. In fact, Living Way Church has been one of the top contributors to the SFC campaign during 2008, 2009, and 2010, with sacrificial gifts reaching a total of $41,100 in 2010 alone. To God be the glory!

God’s Word for Us

A Call to Persevere in Faith
Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. — Hebrews 10:19-22
