About The Speakers

Justin Reinking joined the General Youth Division in January, 2017. Before coming to St. Louis, he was privileged to serve as a member of the Oklahoma Youth Department. He was blessed to serve the Oklahoma Youth for nearly ten years, serving as Sectional Youth leader, Senior Bible Quiz Coordinator, Youth Secretary, and Oklahoma District Youth President for six years. Justin was a full-time youth pastor in Dewar, Oklahoma for ten years serving under Pastor Matthew Martin at the Dewar United Pentecostal Church. Justin is an ordained minister of the UPCI and believes in this generation of Apostolic youth. He met his beautiful bride, Kimberly, while traveling in Oklahoma, and their relationship grew while attending Indiana Bible College together from 1999-2003. In July 2001, they were married and have three handsome boys: Noah, Elijah, and Micah. The family enjoys sports in the backyard, game nights, and family walks. Justin enjoys running and basketball, and he considers himself a Reuben sandwich connoisseur (see Shapiro’s in Indy).

Brent Coltharp is a pastor and lifetime learner. Married to the lovely Rachel, he has four children (James, Reagan, Lincoln, and Grant) and a Giant Schnauzer.

Jordan graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also attended Texas Bible College. He serves as the Texas District Youth President and pastors Calvary Tabernacle in Alto, Texas. He is married to Laura and is daddy to Payton and Baylor.

Evan is the husband of Sarah and serves as the Student Resource Editor for the Pentecostal Publishing House and Hyphen, as well as the Coordinator for Link247 digital curriculum. He was born and raised in Wisconsin and although he currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri, he will never be a Cardinals fan (Go Brewers). Evan is a graduate of Urshan College and Saint Louis Christian College holding a degree in Pastoral Counseling and Theology. He has worked as a youth and administrative pastor in Washington, D.C. and continues to pour out his passion for youth and hyphens through his service and ministry.

Kristin serves as the Ministry Director for Hyphen, the young adult ministry of UPCI’s Youth Ministries. At New Life Christian Center in Lancaster, Ohio, she serves as a Worship Leader and a part of the LiveWire Youth Staff. In 2005 she graduated from Indiana Bible College with a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts and Music and in 2007 from Liberty University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in International Business. In 2014 she graduated as Dr. Kristin Keller from the Institute for Worship Studies with a Doctor of Worship Studies Degree. As she travels to unique cities and countries, Kristin enjoys exploring the various coffee and shopping scenes. Her passion is for students and young adults to connect their God-given abilities to Kingdom opportunities for the purpose of building the church.
